The accommodation on Koh Kood is primarily aimed at people arriving on packaged weekend trips. While it is possible to visit the island.  As Koh-Kood is such a popular package tourist destination there are numerous tour packages available from tour operators throughout Thailand.

Koh-Kood is best visited between beginning of November and the end of February. At this time it is dry and sunny, relatively cool,  then until the end of May, when it is hotter. Besides lazing on the beach, snorkeling at the beautiful coral reefs or can visit nearby islands for snorkeling and other activities.
